What does it take to be a leader in the United Temporal Federation of Planets? This school is designed to give you a better understanding of what it takes to run a ship or a colony.
In order to take this course you must first have graduated the complete basic simming 101 course. For officers of the Timefleet you must hold the rank of Lieutenant Commander, for a civilian you must hold the position of Department head. Candidates must have served in the United Temporal Federation of Planets for at least 9 months (unless granted a waiver, see Section 11 of the constitution), and you must have experience as a Department Head / Team Leader.
